Transfers to Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) start from €850 (airport is 70 km further).

Can you pick me up from a cruise port?

Yes. We cover both major cruise ports for Tuscany: Livorno (for Florence and Tuscany day excursions, ~100 km from Florence) and Civitavecchia (for passengers continuing to Tuscany from Rome, ~300 km). Your driver meets you on the pier with a name sign.

Is the private driver service suitable for children and families?

Yes, our service is family-friendly. We can arrange child car seats upon request — please specify the age of the child when booking. Unlike shared group tours, a private driver means you travel entirely at your family’s pace with no waiting for others.

What is the difference between a private driver and a tour guide?

Our private drivers have basic English-speaking level. However, they are licensed as NCC drivers (noleggio con conducente), not licensed tour guides. If you would like a dedicated professional guide at a specific site (e.g. a Siena expert for the Cathedral), we can arrange this as an add-on.

How far in advance should I book a private driver in Florence?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and time slot. During peak season (April–October) we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for full-day tours. What is your cancellation policy?

Booking fees charged by the booking platform are non-refundable. Customers may contact us by phone to cancel or request further information. No-shows will be charged the full price.

“Private experiences” or “customized experiences” are fully refundable (excluding the 10% reservation management fee) if the cancellation or modification is made at least 15 days before the experience. After this period, the experience is no longer fully refundable. If the cancellation or modification is made between 14 and 8 days before departure, customers will receive a 50% refund, minus the 10% booking management fee. After this period, no refund will be issued.
