For point-to-point airport transfers and city-to-city journeys, we operate a luxury Mercedes. Elegant, comfortable, and ideal for pure transfers where you simply need to get from A to B in style. Please specify in your request that you require a Mercedes vehicle.
Ford Tourneo Custom — Tours & Day Trips
For our day tours and excursions from Florence and Siena, we use our own Ford Tourneo Custom minivans — leather interior, tinted windows, and dual air conditioning, up to 7 passengers. On these tours, our expert local guides are your drivers: they know every road, every winery, and every hidden viewpoint. If you specifically require a separate driver and guide for your experience, we can arrange this upon request — just let us know when you contact us.

Absolutely. Our most popular service is the full-day private driver tour, typically 8–12 hours depending on the destinations you choose. You can visit 2–3 towns in a day, stop for a winery visit and lunch, and return to Florence in the evening. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, though last-minute requests are accommodated subject to availability.
The most requested day trips are Siena + San Gimignano combined (10–12 hours), the Chianti Classico wine region (8–9 hours), and Cinque Terre (12 hours). For a shorter half-day, Pisa is ideal (~4–5 hours round trip). Our drivers can recommend the best route based on your interests and the season.
Yes. Florence to Rome is approximately 277 km and takes about 3 hours by private car. We offer direct transfers from €850 per vehicle, or a scenic transfer-tour with a stop in Orvieto or Civita di Bagnoregio on the way. Transfers to Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) start from €850.
Yes. We cover both major cruise ports for Tuscany: Livorno (for Florence and Tuscany day excursions, ~100 km from Florence) and Civitavecchia (for passengers continuing to Tuscany from Rome, ~300 km). Your driver meets you on the pier with a name sign.
Yes, our service is family-friendly. We can arrange child car seats upon request — please specify the age of the child when booking. Unlike shared group tours, a private driver means you travel entirely at your family's pace with no waiting for others.
Our private drivers have a good English-speaking level and share local knowledge throughout the journey. However, they are licensed as NCC drivers (noleggio con conducente), not licensed tour guides. If you would like a dedicated professional guide at a specific site (e.g. a Siena expert for the Cathedral), we can arrange this as an add-on.
Booking fees charged by the booking platform are non-refundable. For private and customised experiences: fully refundable (excluding the 10% reservation management fee) if cancelled at least 15 days before the experience. Between 14 and 8 days before departure: 50% refund, minus the 10% booking management fee. After this period: no refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
